The Luling Ferry Disaster – 50th Anniversary Documentary Screening

Presented in collaboration with St. Charles Parish Library.

Join us for a free screening of Royd Anderson’s 2006 documentary The Luling Ferry Disaster in honor of the 50th anniversary of the event. This student film led to the creation of the George Prince Ferry Memorial at the East Bank Bridge Park in 2009. Anderson will be present for a discussion following the screening.

Admission is free.  Registration opens Oct. 1 and can be accessed HERE.

Lobby doors will open at 5:30pm, and theatre doors will open at 6:00pm.
