Facility Attendant

For the past three years, Ms. Carla has proudly served as a Facility Attendant at the Lafon Performing Arts Center, where her warm personality and commitment to service help create a welcoming environment for every guest who walks through the doors.

Prior to joining the Lafon team, Ms. Carla dedicated 23 years to St. Charles Parish Public Schools as a Bus Monitor, working closely with Special Education and Head Start students. Throughout her career, she has been passionate about supporting children, families, and her community, building meaningful connections through kindness, patience, and care.

A graduate of Destrehan High School, Ms. Carla also attended Delgado Community College. Her years of service have been recognized through her milestone achievement of 20 years with St. Charles Parish Public Schools.

Ms. Carla believes in treating everyone with respect and positivity, guided by her personal motto: “Always greet with a smile, help others, show up, and show out in whatever I do.” Her dedication to serving others and her uplifting spirit make her a valued member of the Lafon Performing Arts Center family.
